Taxco registers 100 percent hotel occupancy
Acapulco, Mexico, Apr. 14 (Notimex).- During this Good Friday, Taxco reached a hotel occupancy of 100 percent, where thousands of parishioners took to the streets to witness the Stations of the Cross, Holy burial and the Procession of Silence, which are part of the traditions of this colonial city.
The Ministry of Tourism of Guerrero reported that the tourist destinations that make up the so-called Triangle of the Sun recorded a general stay of 95.6 percent.
Meanwhile, Acapulco in general reached 94.9 percent and its tourist areas, such as Diamond, reached 96.9 percent; Gold, 95.7 percent, and Nautical, 82.4 percent.
